Fees & referrals
Session fee and medicare rebate
The fee is $220 per session. If you are eligible for Medicare rebates, the rebate is $141.85 per session, for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. To receive Medicare rebates, a valid referral and Mental Health Care Plan are required.
In certain circumstances, such as if you hold a current Health Care Card or are unemployed, a reduced fee may be available; please discuss your circumstances with me.
Bulk billing is not offered at this practice. Payment of the whole session fee is required on the day of the session.
Payment process
Payments are processed electronically via the practice management system. After receiving your payment, I process the Medicare rebate for you electronically, so Medicare can pay the rebate directly to you.
Referral process
If you're interested in booking a session for yourself, you can start the process by filling out the Contact form.
If you're a doctor or clinician looking to refer a patient, please direct them to the Contact form.
You can attend sessions with or without a referral from your doctor. You need a referral and Mental Health Care Plan if you would like to claim Medicare rebates.
